2. Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item(s) or issue a refund.
3. Conditions for Refunds or Replacements:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
